Your US reproductive attorney is engaged before any medical procedures begin. Your legal framework is established in both jurisdictions so you are protected from day one.
Month 2–4
Review carefully screened, medically pre-vetted surrogate profiles. Meet your match on a guided call. No commitment until you're ready. Our process prioritizes alignment over speed.
Month 4–5
Surrogate insurance is finalized. Legal agreements are signed. Medication protocols begin. Your case manager coordinates all communications with your clinical and legal teams.
Month 5–6
The embryo transfer is performed at our partner clinic in Mexico City under full clinical oversight. Your case manager keeps you updated through every milestone, including pregnancy confirmation.
Months 6–15
Regular medical check-ups, surrogate nutrition and psychological support, and ongoing coordination by your Eden team. Clear updates throughout. No surprises.
Month 15–17
Your attorney finalizes parental rights. Your child's birth documentation is issued with you as the legal parents. We manage the full US citizenship and passport process so your child is travel-ready.
Month 17–18
Post-arrival support and a dedicated transition call. Your family is complete. Our team stays with you through every step of bringing your family home.
We put our commitments in writing because trust is built on specifics, not generalities.
If you withdraw from the program before signing a match agreement, Eden will refund your agency coordination fee in full. No questions, no penalties.
If your surrogate is unable to proceed through no fault of your own, we provide rematch services with a new, pre-screened surrogate at no additional agency cost.

How does my child obtain US citizenship?
Your US attorney manages the citizenship and documentation process from the moment of birth. We walk every intended parent through our step-by-step citizenship process before they commit to a journey. Your child will have a US passport before you leave Mexico City. No vague answers, no surprises.
What happens if something goes wrong medically?
We maintain a written Medical Complication Protocol for every case. Our clinical partnership includes emergency escalation procedures that are agreed upon before any medical procedures begin. You will never be navigating an unexpected situation without a plan already in place.
